Shipping policy


At Zazil Swimwear, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method via FedEx.

Processing & Shipping:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days from the date your order is received.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Important Notes:

  • Zazil Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure safe delivery, please provide a shipping address that is attended during the day or a secure location for delivery.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Please note that customs processing may result in delivery delays.

  • FedEx delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Return policy

At Zazil Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds on returned items. Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and liners intact to qualify for store credit.

  • Please take care when handling and trying on garments to ensure they remain in resellable condition.

  • All return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store Credit:

  • Once we receive, inspect, and approve the returned items, store credit will be issued via gift card within 3-7 business days.

  • Store credit will not include any shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit.

  • Items returned in unsatisfactory condition (worn, damaged, or altered) will be rejected and returned to the customer. No store credit will be issued for rejected returns.
